Fact Checks in Facebook

You can get fact-checks right in the headlines of your Facebook feed:

When we have a fact-check for the specific article in your feed, we'll insert that rating - like [True], [False], or [Cherry Picking]. When we don't, we fall back to overall site trustworthiness, which is based on how often they make false statements, and their integrity policies. Our fact-checks are crowd-sourced article by article from our volunteer fact-checkers.

You'll need to be on a desktop, laptop, or Chromebook, and using Google Chrome to use it. Just click the Plugin button below, then click Add to Chrome.
